Research suggests that the structural model – the most dominant method in practice today - is insufficient for treating chronic pain. This CPD presents an innovative, evidence-based approach to treating chronic pain informed by neuroevolutionary research, nociception, and the predictive processing model for perception. Created and delivered by Josh Fein-Brown, M.Sc, M.Ost, ND: experienced osteopath and senior lecturer at The British College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Practical, hands-on clinical guidance for treating chronic pain informed by empirical evidence.
Lectures explaining key current theory and research in nociception, chronic pain, and the neurobiology of perception.
An experiential approach, immediately integrating the theory into experience with practical exercises and discussion
An interactive environment to learn and practice amongst peers.
Once complete, you will gain access to a burgeoning community with weekly meetings and movement classes
